Investment

Investment, With Clarity

Luxury wedding costs in Toronto and Vaughan are not determined by guest count alone. Spatial architecture, fabrication, production and the guest experience shape the investment.

Across Toronto, Vaughan, the Greater Toronto Area and Montréal, The House establishes design fees and production scope after reviewing the brief, venue and operational requirements.

Private Luxury Weddings

Most private weddings accepted by The House reflect an overall event budget of $200,000+ across Toronto, Vaughan and the GTA.

This is not The House fee. It represents the total wedding investment, including venue, food and beverage, spatial design, florals, rentals, entertainment, management and production.

The House architectural design fee is established separately according to spatial complexity, project scope and production responsibility.

Every private wedding commission is reviewed for vision, timing and alignment.

Corporate & Fashion Commissions

Corporate brand activations and experiential environments are scoped individually based on spatial scale, fabrication and production requirements across Toronto, Vaughan, the GTA, Montréal and select global destinations.

Corporate engagements typically begin at $30,000. Final corporate event pricing reflects the brief, venue, guest experience, technical production and on-site command.

Focused Commissions

Entry & Standalone Engagements

Not every Toronto or Vaughan celebration requires full wedding production. These starting investments provide a clearer point of entry for focused design and spatial consulting across the GTA.

Frequently Asked

What factors influence the investment?

Wedding and corporate event investment in Toronto, Vaughan and the GTA reflects venue conditions, spatial complexity, fabrication, production scope, vendor requirements and the level of creative direction and operational command required.

How far in advance should we book?

The House accepts a limited number of commissions each year. Earlier inquiry allows for stronger planning, better production alignment, and more intentional design development.

Do you have a minimum guest count?

No. Investment is determined by complexity, not guest count. Smaller rooms often require more precision because every detail is visible.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. The House is based in Toronto and works across Montreal and select destinations. Vaughan and the Greater Toronto Area remain central to its work. Travel requirements are established during qualification.
